after a dreadful wait.. there's finally a week break for all of us here in the siew pau land...
internal medicine is really boring.. arghh.. a lot of variety of presentations n related diseases.. n worse still.. i have not been studying..
i came up with a list of things to do this hols.. will drive back to penang tom :) yeah!
1. Learn to cook from mum.. target wud b at least 5 dishes.. (excluding frying eggs and cooking vege lar....)
2. TRY to finish my da vincci code book which have bin rottin in my room for a month dy..
3. Make something for my sis;s bdae.. (in case she;s readin i wun tell wat is it yet;;"))
4.SPend time with my darling josh.. (its a dog by the way he he) whom i have bin missing dearly.. (chee.. he is more than 5 kg dy .. too fat for his age.. )
5.TRY to do some of my assignments... and presentations..
6. Read up a bit on int med lar..
7. Shud i highlight my hair?
8. Bring my car for a THOROUGH wash.. poor car... its so dirty now..
9. Bring my parents out for a good dinner.. :)
10. Shop! shop! n shop!!!!!!!
11. Exercise!!.. teach my mum some freestyle dance and climb the hill with my dad.. :)
think thats enough for a week break.. a bit too ambitious though.. :)

comprised of 6 floors, and the men increase in positive attributes

too good to be true??

who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats,
who holds your hand in front of his friends.
Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you;

Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says, "...that's her."
How far would you do for the one you love? Would you consider twice if yr lover suddenly got blind or become handicapped for life? Would you stay with him and take care of him? Will you ever regret if u chose to be with him? Will you leave him if he is having financial difficulty or having family problems or when he has got nothing else left except you? Is there a barrier of what you could do and what you cant? A limit to what you are willing to do for him no matter what happens in the future? Will you forgive him for whatever mistakes he had done in the past that hurt you most?

breasts enlargement vs penis enlargement???
hey.. i saw a patient today with silicon breast implants. Looks nice but is it worth it? Have any idea what is it n how is it done?? Let me enrich you with the facts...
Breast implant procedures can be performed on an outpatient (basis or at a hospital. Breast implant surgery can be done under local anesthesia or general anesthesia . Breast implant surgery can last from one to several hours. Fast heh?
Following the operation, as with any surgery, some pain, swelling, bruising, and tenderness can be expected. Some women may experience bleeding, fever, warmth, or redness of the breast, or other symptoms of infection...ewwwww..
Risks include:.hardening of the breasts (yikes!).loss of sensation in the nipple (this is terrible)or breast shifting of the implant from its original position (then you will have asymmetrical breasts.. haha padan muka),interference with mammography reading that may hamper cancer detection (lagi teruk!)
Here's some info bout penis enlargement..
The penis actually extends about 1.5 to 2 inches inside the body. In order to "enlarge" the visible portion of the penis, the surgeon severs the ligaments holding the penis in place, allowing this inner part to descend. But in order for this to happen, the man needs to wear weights or stretching devices attached to the penis for several months after the operation. In total, a man might gain 1 inch, although some men actually lose length due to scar tissue(ha ha!)
Possible consequences: The base of the penis will have hair on it (eeyer..), and the man's erection will now point downward (oops..!) Also, nothing can be done to increase the size of the head of the penis, so most men wind up with a thick shaft and a small head.
**All in all, the procedure is expensive, risky and painful, and the results often do not look natural. An article in the Journal of Urology stated that the surgery should not even be considered unless a man's erection is less than 3 inches in length.
p/s: if u have small breasts or penis juz be satisfied wif yrself lar... if yr partner complain den juz dump him/her la... demand so much for wat..

at the siew pao land..
heyyyyyyyyylooooooooooooooooooo..
it had already been 2 months since i first stepped into this place which i once thought that it was a super 'suaku' place with nothing else except hospital seremban.
no nice food. no place to shop. nothing.
the first week was orientation week.. we were introduced to some doctors n the dean.. it seemed like the world is turning around. adapting to new place.. new house... a whole new environment.
but still msia... :).
there was this occasion called the white coat ceremony.. any idea wat is tat? he he.. some qualified doctors would stand on the stage and then they will wear u yr lab coat.. hmm.. i suppose to mark n recognise our entry to this new phase of our medical life. lame heh??
we had our bbq.. n we performed a dance in the end.. juz a simple one..( i tot i could retire from dancing.. ) title of the song was numa numa lei.. i dun even know wat language it was n had to choreograph a dance for that song.. hiaks... turn out was hmm.. no comment. think not that bad but wasnt that good either.. given the time.. n my severely lack of mood n inspiration to dance.. think it was okay..
my first rotation was surgery.. 7 weeks duration. expectations were high. we were expected to know loads of stuff that some were not even taught in kl. damn!... the doctors and specialists were great.. except for one scary one..( i wil not mention his name here.. i think sban ppl shud know lar..) he;d walk near you.. eye to eye.. n u;ve gotta answer his question during case presentation.. -a piece of advise to those doing surgery now.. make sure u know wat u doing.. wat u presenting.. remember the pathophysio n know yr basic sciences well if u dun wan to b 'screwed'
i went to ot (operation theater) a couple of times n managed to see a few cases.. one of which was laparotomy.. could u imagine the intestines come out n the doc was juz taking all of it out... n putting it back.. ha ha.. was not as bloody as i've tot.. i saw the liver n gall bladder.. first time on live patient.. interesting...
endoscopy was not that bad too.. ( if u dunno.. its a scope that is inserted into yr mouth n it can visualise up to yr stomach n small intestine).. u get to see how the gastric juice looks like.. how is the wall like.. in if u have gastritis.. or gastric ulcers..
oh ya.. in colonoscopy ( scope that passes thru yr anus).. i saw faeces inside the intestine .. ewww.. that is wat happen if u dun clear yr bowel b4 seein the doc.. gross.. n of coz u have to do it twice since the doc cant see yr intestine when it is full of shit! he he...
enough for my medical posting.. i am in internal medicine posting now.. miss surgery so much!

so far i think it is not bad for sban standard.. been shoppin there a couple of times..
at least we have secret recipe here.. err kenny rogers kopitiam sushi king n some other restaurants.. still searching for baskin n robbins though...
food here is ok.. so juniors.. dun need to worry.. there's a lot of nice food ard.. juz a matter whether u know how to look for it or not.. heh e.. been tryin a lot of nice food lately.. burp!
ask me if u dunno.. he he.. queen of food is here!
guess wat.. i drove to johor n singapore last weekend.. managed to reach within 2 hrs.. :)
lurve to lepak there wif m frens.. since everyone goes back home to kl so i dun wan to b left alone.. wil not go anywhere this weekend though.. its church time! i'm lookin forward for it.. :)
thats it for now.. i wonder how will i survive another 6 weeks of int med posting.. have to on call every week.. yawnz!
