supermum..

have you ever met a sixty year old lady who could split??

this lady can do almost any type of exercise- yoga (that includes the head stand), pilate, line dancing, tai chi, aerobics... etc..
and she won the first 15 place in walkathon..and yes it was open for all ages..
this fitness queen could just work all day long like an operated machine with an energizer battery.. and she never ever fails to do her duty as a mother of three (plus a shih tzu) with the tight schedule she has got.
she is far more muscular than me.. has more toned body. nonetheless, she is way stronger than me.

this lady is my mum.

i've never appreciated my mum so much ever since my dad passed away. she was and is still a very strong lady. she thrives hard to be my mom and dad as well and she never complained even though she had to take over all the errands my dad used to do. i admired her. i never could imagine in what state i'd be if one day i'd lose my husband suddenly and each morning you'd wake up alone on the bed.

my mum dont look 60, in fact any stranger would tell me that she's 40. she listens to hitz fm. she has a wide social circle and she even had guys trying to go after her. there was once when this 'uncle' used to drop by outside my house to deliver lunchboxes to my mother. well, he did that for a couple of times till one day he asked my mom, who;s that young lady who'd always receive the lunchboxes from me?-and she answered-thats my daughter(it was me..ehehe).. he was shocked beyond words to discover that my mum actually had a grown up daughter( well, in fact there's 3 of us).
needless to stay, he gave up immediately... haha

my mum could cook almost anything you name her. her curiousity makes her want to try to cook any food she could lay into her mouth. her cookings are superb.. and i've gotta admit that its gonna be hard learning every single recipe from her-i'm trying my best tho..

i know that its not mother;s day.. there;s no need to be a time to thank your mother and to say how much to love her..

i love you mum.. very very much!
muax!
